CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning programme made to prepare you to deal with life’s challenges. You work to improve the ten components of fitness: strength, power, speed, stamina, cardio-respiratory endurance, co- ordination, agility, balance, accuracy and flexibility.
WEIGHT LIFTING
Weight lifting is a sport in which the athlete attempts a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates, the lifts performed in the sport of weightlifting, and in particular their component lifts (e.g. squats, deadlifts, cleans), are commonly used by elite athletes in other sports to train for both explosive and functional strength.
STRENGTH

BODYBUILDING
Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one’s musculature for aesthetic purposes. Build muscles and workout all your body parts from Neck, Traps, Shoulders, Chest, Biceps, Forearm, Abs, Quads and Calves.
